Electric heating report: The development of electric heating and the future On November 1, the expert forum on the development of electric heating technology and its future prospects was held in Handan. From Harbin to Handan, Professor Zhang Bin, the chief expert of China's electric energy heating and the chairman of the Electric Heating Professional Committee of China Building Energy Conservation Association, delivered treasures to Handan, and shared his 27 years with people in Handan's architecture, water conservancy, construction and design circles. Committed to the research results of electric heating systems, and praised the first application model in southern Hebei.

Electricity heating is encouraged by the state and the prospects are promising. Professor Zhang Bin explained in detail the prospects of electric heating. It is understood that electric heating is a high-quality, comfortable and environmentally friendly heating method that converts clean electric energy into thermal energy. In the early twentieth century, electric heating was first adopted in Norway and the United States; in the 1980s and 1990s, electric heating was introduced into my country. Nowadays, electric heating technology is more and more popular among people, and it has become an effective supplement to central heating.

In our country, from the prohibition of electric heating in the 1990s to the encouragement of electric heating nowadays, standards related to electric heating have been continuously revised and improved. In 2016, the fourteenth meeting of the Central Finance and Economics Leading Group clearly stated that it is necessary to follow the policy of enterprise-oriented, government-driven, and affordable for residents. proportion. In 2018, the National Energy Administration issued the “Notice on Doing a Good Job in Clean Heating in the Heating Season from 2018 to 2019”, requiring a solid implementation of the clean heating implementation plan, and steadily promoting “coal to gas” and “coal to electricity”. Adhere to the principle that electricity is suitable for electricity, gas is suitable for gas, coal is suitable for coal, and heat is suitable for heat, so as to provide for fixed changes, first immediately before breaking.

Professor Zhang Bin said that he has studied one thing in his life-electric heat. Since 1992, he and his team have been researching electric heating systems for 27 years, witnessing the whole process of the industry from weak to strong, from small to large: he and his team took the lead in researching various domestic and foreign A large number of systematic application research and demonstrative design of electric heating systems; participated in the drafting and formulation of the first domestic electric heating technical regulations; established the first domestic electric heating system laboratory; the first to use electric heating Designed as the main heating system into the actual project; presided over and designed the first domestic electric heating district; published the first academic paper on the experimental research of electric heating system in the country; selected the first electric heating district in the country The experiment and application research of 2 heating seasons have been carried out, and the experimental research has been carried out in Jilin Province and Beijing area for a total of 25 years; the design of various buildings adopts more than 3000 electric heating systems in different ways and regions, and nearly 5 million Square meters.

Electricity becomes an effective supplement to central heating. With the development of technology, the traditional central heating mode is also undergoing slight changes. In recent years, electric heating is becoming an effective supplement to central heating, and is gradually meeting people's material requirements for a better life.

Professor Zhang Bin explains in detail the main categories of current electric heating methods in houses:

The first type, indirect heating system, is a new type of heating method that uses electricity as energy and transfers heat through low temperatures.

The second type uses electric boilers (direct heating and thermal storage) to heat water and transport it to the radiator through pipes, and transfer the heat to the room mainly by convection.

The third type, thermal storage heating system, uses the heat stored in thermal storage bricks or thermal storage materials to support all-day heating, and at the same time uses peak-to-valley electricity prices to reduce peak electricity consumption.

When it comes to operation, he said that the power heating control modes are diverse and flexible, and the peak-valley time-of-use price can be used cleverly to reduce operating costs, improve operating effects, and form a virtuous cycle. At present, the country is compulsory to implement building energy efficiency, and local implementation efforts are continuously increasing. The subsequent standards for building energy efficiency of 65% and 75% have brought opportunities to the electric heating industry. Starting in 2015, Beijing, Shandong, Xinjiang, Hebei, Tianjin and other places have fully implemented 75% building energy efficiency standards, which provides efficient operation scenarios for electric heating.

However, Professor Zhang Bin also talked about the series of problems facing clean heating. For example, the lack of overall planning and management, the low level of building energy conservation, the need to improve technical support capabilities, and the lack of business model innovation. Solving these problems requires the use of the "invisible" hands of the market and the "promising" hands of the government, and the use of reform methods and innovative ideas to solve them. prospect
